Alkalmazás célja és működése
(How the app works):

A bővítmény egy egyedi integrációs modul a WordPress weboldalunkon futó Amelia időpontfoglaló rendszerhez. Amikor egy vendég időpontot foglal a weboldalon (időpontfoglalási űrlapon keresztül), az Amelia rendszer elmenti a foglalási adatokat az adatbázisba. Ebben a pillanatban a bővítményünk automatikusan lefut, kinyeri a foglalás részleteit (ügyfél neve, e-mail címe, telefonszáma, a választott szolgáltatás neve és az időpont), és a Google Calendar API v3 használatával létrehoz egy új eseményt a szolgáltató elsődleges Google Naptárában (Primary Calendar).

Miért van szükség a calendar.events scope-ra? (Scope Justification):

Az alkalmazás kizárólag arra használja a [https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events](https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events) engedélyt, hogy az újonnan beérkező vendégfoglalásokat automatikusan bejegyezze (eseményként létrehozza) a szolgáltató Google Naptárába.

• Adatkezelés: Az alkalmazás semmilyen meglévő naptáreseményt nem olvas ki, nem módosít és nem töröl. Nem fér hozzá a felhasználó meglévő személyes naptáradataihoz. A kapott adatokat kizárólag a foglalási esemény Google Naptárban való rögzítésére használja fel valós időben, harmadik félnek nem adja át, és nem tárolja külső szervereken.

App Description & Functionality:

The application is a custom WordPress plugin designed to integrate our website's booking system (Amelia) with Google Calendar.

When a customer books an appointment on our website, the plugin automatically captures the appointment details (Customer Name, Email, Phone Number, Service Name, and Appointment Start/End times) and creates a corresponding calendar event in the service provider's Google Calendar via the Google Calendar API v3.

Justification for Sensitive Scope ([https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events](https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events)):

We require the [https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events](https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events) scope solely to automatically insert newly created customer appointments into the staff member's primary Google Calendar as new calendar events.

• Data Usage & Privacy:

  • The application only creates new events corresponding to completed customer bookings.

  • The application does NOT read, track, modify, or delete any existing personal calendar events or data.

  • The application does not transfer, share, or store any user calendar data on third-party servers. All authentication data (OAuth tokens) are stored securely inside the website owner's WordPress database.
